Sounkyo Hostel is a guesthouse based on mountain walking at the foot of " Daisetsuzan" located in the middle of Hokkaido .
Sounkyo Hostel is the largest national park in Japan,
This guesthouse is located at the foot of Daisetsuzan in Hokkaido .

Kamikawa, a town with inn.

A traditional hot springs, Izakaya and Ramen shops.
There is also a sake brewery using the water of Daisetsuzan,

The people who moved to Kamikawa-cho is thinking about the connection with nature, food, and the community.

But we are trying to move the town forward a little.
We think about the area unconsciously while working.

An irresistible workplace for mountain and hot spring lovers!
It was a truly luxurious experience to easily climb Daisetsuzan at the foot of the mountain! Living at the inn does not feel particularly inconvenient, it is a human life where you work a lot, eat delicious rice and sleep soundly!
The most difficult thing about work is English. Sweat There are many guests from overseas, so there are occasions when English is used. However, even if you can't speak, it's pretty much because the surroundings will tell you. The result was very exciting and my field of vision expanded. I really enjoyed interacting with overseas guests.
I think that it is a good workplace for those who like nature, but also for those who want to change the environment or try something new.
Daily cleaning and occasional trekking, hot springs and delicious food. Thanks to that, I started working and lost about 8 kg in about two weeks. Lol
But what surprised me more than my physical change was the feeling that my spirit was changing.
After spending the summer at this hostel surrounded by columnar joints in Sounkyo, I was a little negative thinking, but now I have a positive conversation with the staff and communication beyond the language with foreign guests. I guess you got used to it.
Staff and helpers who love room and abundance, people from various places who have been friendly, and above all, the relationship with the guests. I appreciate those edges.
The most enjoyable thing is meal! I was happy every day because the financing was too delicious. Everything goes well when you're full. I also enjoyed talking during the meal time.
I worked as a helper, but basically free after cleaning!
It's hard to be honest on a busy day, but the experience of getting over together was exciting, meaningful and fun.
On the day off, go to the mountains and refresh! The reason I climbed the mountain with the guest was from meeting at the inn. Everything was really grateful and happy days!

館内の掃除、受付、予約管理、簡単な事務作業をお願いします。
●雇用形態

週5,6日で、一日8〜9時間程度の勤務（各食事時に1時間休憩を予定）

早番と遅番があります。勤務日や時間については希望を聞きますので、相談しましょう。

常に動いているわけではなく、一息二息つく時間もあります。 読書やインターネット、散歩など、自分でうまく時間を使える方、大歓迎です。
●期間

6月上旬〜10月中旬までの間で、1ヶ月以上の勤務

長期間勤務できる方を優遇しますが、短期でももちろん可能です。どしどしご相談ください。
●給与と待遇

日給7,000円〜 / 家賃、水道光熱費、食費、すべて無料
（試用期間1ヶ月は6,500円〜。給与は能力などによって決めさせていただきます） -
労働保険加入（雇用保険、労災保険）

層雲峡への交通費の一部を支給します。

黒岳ロープウェイも地元"りんゆう観光"さんのご厚意で無料！近くの温泉についても優遇します。
※例えば……日給7,000円で月約24日間の勤務をすると、168,000円の給与となります。
無料となる家賃を2万円、水道光熱費を1万5千円、食費を1万5千円と見積もったとすると、
月給約218,000円ほどの想定になります。

Guest house management
Cleaning inside the building, simple office work (cutting paper, becoming a consultant), etc.
● Working style
4 or 5 days a week, about 4 hours a day (10:00 to 15:00, of which 1 hour break is planned)

10 days or more between mid-June and mid-October

● Salary and treatment
All living expenses are free (rent, utilities, food)
The hourly wage for the hours worked is offset by the expenses of accommodation, utilities, and food.
Therefore, there is no salary income.The Kurodake Ropeway is also courtesy of the local "Rinyu Kanko" and is free! We also offer preferential treatment for nearby hot springs!
There are fewer working days and hours than paid living staff, so you can take your time.
If you want to spend a short time in nature, want to experience the lodging business, and want to climb the mountain while living, please apply. There is a rich life there.
